Remove Paint From Concrete Wall
Peel the membrane if you used one and scrape off the paint using a paint scraper.

To get oil out of concrete or remove unsightly paint or other stains fill both buckets with hot or warm water and add several squirts of dish soap to one of the buckets. Dry the area with a towel. Clear out loose debris from any cracks or holes in the surface and repair with cement or filler such as latex masonry caulk. If possible remove any loose paint from concrete with a scraper or brush. If you applied a membrane much of the paint will come off when you remove it but you ll still have to scrape and scrub.
