For steel use a latex bonding primer instead of a regular metal paint primer. I worked my way down the ladder blasting away the detergent and chalk cleaning one wall at a time. Restore the look of your home with a new covering of paint over siding. As with all exterior painting projects proper surface preparation is the key to restoring your metal siding.
Then apply the primer to the metal siding in even strokes. Easier than painting siding. Less expensive than painting. Restore the original color and finish instead.
