Repairing Torn Roof Felt

I havent yet been up in the attic when it is raining so i do not know if there is a leak.

Many roofs function quite well without any roofing felt so small tears and damage to roofing felt are not in themselves reasons to spend money on repairing it. A small part of the roof felt is torn inside the attic there is a draft coming through from the wind blowing is there a quick and easy way to fix this. They have been cut in flaps and are still attached to the underside of the roof. Any help or advice would be appreciated.

I have just bought a house and been up into the attic. There are a few small rips in the felt about 5cm or 10cm long. Repairing torn roof felt inside the attic. Where wind driven rain is working under the roof and causing leaks then the felt will need to be replaced.

As the tiles are in a good state i don t have any leaks at present but i rather fix the problem before it becomes an issue. I can see the roofing tiles.
