Replace Roof Stack Boot

A gasket less two piece pipe boot repair system designed to repair the leak around the vent pipes that penetrate the roof.

Replace roof stack boot. Unlike traditional pipe boot replacements the perma boot 312 is quick and easy to. The rubber seal on the pipe boot was dry baked you could flick it right off it was obvious that the broken seal was the source of his leaking roof. Works for any size pipe. Easy installation and no tools required.

Video turorial on how to change out a plumbing vent boot. After cutting out the scraps of the old uv damaged boot from the existing flashing and applying a generous bead of urethane sealant i simply slipped the new boot over the vent pipe and down onto the old flashing and secured it with a couple of galvanized self drilling screws. Slide the new boot over top and make sure it is sealed completely between the old and new boot. You do not want to get the sealer between the rubber boot and on the plastic pipe.

I put in enough material that it squished out around the entire outside perimeter. Designed for all standard roof pitches 3 12 to 12 12.
