Give you a couple more years probably longer than the paint would stay on. You can use a paint brush or foam brush. If there are missed areas wipe the oxidation with a damp cloth. Take it all down and turn it round you will see that it is not faded.

Then brush an even layer of the cream over the area. All waxes polishes silicone etc. Use a 12 hydrogen peroxide cream instead of the liquid variety most stores carry. You can use a brush or a cloth.

Treat any mildew with a 50 50 bleach and water solution. Rinse well with plain water. All surfaces must be clean dry and free of dirt grease grime and mildew.
