If updating make sure to uninstall the old mod first. Sanctuary modern residences rebuild with repaired roofs features. Made the path file as it should be. While patch job fixes the erosion in individual panel textures it still leaves the missing roof tiles and larger holes.

Unique dls total dls version. The big holes in the roofs really bugged me so i replaced all the roofs with their pre war versions while still maintaining the post war textures. Repaired sanctuary roofs fixes this by completely remaking the roofs of all houses in sanctuary. All this mod does is replace the meshes of the roofs in sanctuary from the broken post war roofs to the pre war roofs while still keeping the post war rusted textures.
